Protein ice cream cups


This is a super indulgent treat :P 



Ingredients:


Crust base (I only used 1/3 of the mix for 4 cups)
• 1/2 c of pecans
• 1/4 c agave
• 2 tbsp coconut flour 
• 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
• 1 scoop of choc/vanilla protein 



Ice cream (recommend Coyo/whey hey/perfect world/booja booja)



Chocolate shell

• 60g dark chocolate, melted
• 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
• 1/2 scoop of protein


Method:


Blitz all the crust ingredients together in a blender till crumbs are formed. Put the crust into cake moulds. Top with a scoop of ice cream and chocolate shell. Freeze overnight.
