My Fitness Pal is great tool to gauge your eating habits - by inputting your daily food intake, yep, that does include those sneaky biscuits your colleague thrusted upon you at work today or that extra spoonful of nut butter that accidentally went straight into your mouth instead of onto your bowl of oats. Find out whether your over eating or even under eating. Remember those 'accidental' snacks and remind yourself of those awesome whole food meals to get your eating under control. Queen of protein powder. This app has low carb pizzas recipes (yep, they exist!), homemade protein bar inspiration and all the other sweet stuff you can imagine including her famous protein fluff a.k.a frozen fruit blended to create an nutrient dense ice cream like dessert with added protein. Is taking the most supreme Insta food shot enough motivation to whip up healthy treats? I think so! Hippie Lane's photogenic and flawless raw desserts are enough to make you try and gobble up your own phone whilst browsing through recipes. But don't do that. Just make the recipe instead.  This app is highly recommend if you have an affinity with chocolate but still want dem wash board abs and natural glow.
