New years motivation list

So now we've got our healthy eating bibles covered it's time to get to the nitty gritty stuff. Today's post is our top self development and motivation books which include a bit on fitness and mindset - a key factor in getting your ass in gear. 

You may be thinking; "I don't need that"  but the key question is "are you the best possible version of yourself you can be?' if yes, then congrats, if no and I'm sure most of you answered no then this a good place to start. These books can help you recognise your goals and dreams and start unleashing your inner potential. Whether it's improving your health, confidence, your relationships, time management, or your finance there is book for everything. Most people perceive motivation and self help stuff to be a little wishy-washy but they aren't all like that. You'll find amazing ones which can inspire and motivate you. They can change the way you see yourself and the world around you by offering up other peoples stories, perspectives and conceptions - you just have to be a little open-minded and willing to listen.
