Cereal crave cheesecake

Mmmm if only cereal was a staple bodybuilder diet ingredient like rice?!

^^ Meal preppin for the week, right?

Thanks to CTD Sports you can now get your cereal fix without the extra sugar and carbs. You know that sweet and glorious cereal infused flavoured milk left at the bottom of your bowl... well that's exactly what their new Isolicious protein range tastes like! Before you make this, I do pre-warn you, you need to leave this cheesecake to set for a few hours, or even better, over night, so don't make this in a hungry state and plan to eat it straight after... yes, this is what I did...I ate the gooey mess version before it had time to properly set as I couldn't wait.

(Serves 6)

Ingredients Cheese layer

  • 250G Light cream cheese
  • 150g Fat free yoghurt
  • 1 scoop of fruity pebble Isolicious
  • 1 Tbsp of coconut flour

Base ingredients

  • 30g Lucky charms or sub fruit loops/fruity pebbles (Plus extras for topping)
  • 60g Ground almonds
  • 2 Tbsp of melted coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp of agave
  • 1 Tbsp of coconut flour

Method

Put all cheese layer ingredients into a bowl and fold (not whisk or mix) till all ingredients are mixed in, then refrigerate. Next, blend all base ingredients in a food processor leaving some lucky charms spare to top when serving. Add a little bit of water if needed to make the mixture a little sticky. Do not over-blend - try and keep some of the mix chunky with crumbs. Layer the base mix into a pan and pressed down filling all sides. Finally spread the cheese layer on top and refridgerate to set.  Serve with extra lucky charms on top...some melted white chocolate goes very well too, just saying...
