Chocolate oatmeal cookie shake




A protein shake which tastes like one of those chewy, soft delights ^ you say?


Ingredients 

  •  1 Scoop of vanilla protein
  • 2 heaped tbsp of oats
  • 1 tbsp of  cocoa/cacao powder
  • 50g of Greek yoghurt/cottage cheese
  • 3/4 cup of almond milk (or substitue for milk of choice)
  • 1/4 tsp of almond extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • Dark chocolate for topping (opt)
  • A couple cubes of ice (opt)

Method


Blend up all the above ingredients. Drink. Mmmmm cookie!
