Ingredients
- 1 Scoop of vanilla protein
- 2 heaped tbsp of oats
- 1 tbsp of cocoa/cacao powder
- 50g of Greek yoghurt/cottage cheese
- 3/4 cup of almond milk (or substitue for milk of choice)
- 1/4 tsp of almond extract
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp of honey
- Dark chocolate for topping (opt)
- A couple cubes of ice (opt)
Method
Blend up all the above ingredients. Drink. Mmmmm cookie!
